Get recommended workouts for you by using the Health app data from your phone and know where to start. The data can be edited and is stored locally on your device
Create your own workouts
The built in Workout Maker allows you to create a custom workout of your liking, experience level and fitness level. The workout can be up to 12 sets long and packed with any exercises you want. You choose the duration and rest time. When you are satisfied with the new workout press create and that is it
Challenges
There are 3 challenges that you can try to beat. Each created for a certain fitness level. What is important is that if you fail or feel that you could have done them better there is always a reset button to start from the beginning and try to beat it this time the way you intended to!
